Troubleshooting
Start with the page that matches your issue:

General Diagnostics
Before diving into a specific page, try these quick checks:
- Check connection status -- go to Dashboard > Sources and verify all sources show green "Connected" status.
- Run
/alice statusin Slack to see a quick health check of your workspace. - Check the logs -- go to Dashboard > Logs to see if the skill execution was attempted and what error occurred.
- Verify your plan -- some features require Pro or Business. Check Settings > Billing to confirm your plan.
