Plans & Pricing

What Each Plan Is Best For
Free -- Evaluating alice. Connect one source, create a handful of skills, and see if it fits your workflow. Good for individual operators who want to try slash commands before committing.
Pro -- The core plan for growing teams. Three sources (typically Stripe + Supabase + one more), enough skills for most workflows, action buttons for one-click operations, and combined queries that join data across sources.
Business -- For teams with complex ops needs. Unlimited sources and skills, 90-day audit trail, and GDPR data export. Best when your ops team runs dozens of skills and needs long retention for compliance.

Switch between monthly and annual billing in Settings > Billing. When switching to annual, you receive a prorated credit for remaining time on your monthly plan.
No Credit Card for Free
The Free plan does not require a credit card. Sign up with Slack and start using alice immediately.
Soft vs Hard Limits
alice uses two types of query limits:
Hard Limits (Free Plan)
On the Free plan, the 50-query monthly limit is a hard limit. When you reach it:
- Additional skill executions are blocked
- An error message indicates the limit has been reached
- The counter resets at the start of the next billing cycle
- Scheduled reports also count toward the limit and will fail if the limit is exhausted
Soft Limits (Pro and Business)
On Pro and Business plans, query limits are soft limits. When you approach or exceed them:
- A warning banner appears in the dashboard showing usage
- Slash commands continue to work without interruption
- Usage is tracked and reported in Billing settings
- No queries are blocked
Soft limits exist for capacity planning and fair usage. If your team consistently exceeds the limit, consider upgrading to the next tier for additional capacity and features.
Feature Details
Data Sources

| Free | 1 | Stripe OR Supabase |
| Pro | 3 | Stripe + Supabase + one additional |
| Business | Unlimited | All available sources |
See Connect Stripe and Connect Supabase for setup instructions.
Skills
Skills are saved queries that become slash commands. Each skill you create counts toward the limit.
| Plan | Limit | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 10 | Enough for core metrics |
| Pro | 50 | Covers most team workflows |
| Business | Unlimited | No restrictions |
Scheduled Reports
ProScheduled reports run skills automatically on a cron schedule and deliver results to a Slack channel.
| Plan | Limit | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 1 | Weekly only |
| Pro | Unlimited | Any frequency (daily, weekly, custom cron) |
| Business | Unlimited | Any frequency |
Monitors
ProMonitors watch for conditions (like "churn rate > 5%") and send alerts to Slack when triggered.
| Plan | Limit |

| Pro | 25 |
| Business | Unlimited |
Actions
ProAction buttons appear on skill results and let you take one-click operations (tag in Stripe, send DM, fire webhook).
| Plan | Available |
|---|---|
| Free | No |
| Pro | Yes |
| Business | Yes |
Combined Queries
ProCombined queries join data across multiple sources in a single skill. For example, combining Stripe revenue data with Supabase user data to identify churn risk.
| Plan | Available |
|---|---|
| Free | No |
| Pro | Yes |
| Business | Yes |
Data Retention
How long audit logs (skill runs and action runs) are preserved:
| Plan | Retention |

| Pro | 30 days |
| Business | 90 days |
See Security for details on the automated cleanup process.
Upgrading and Downgrading
Upgrading
Upgrades take effect immediately. Your plan limits, features, and retention period update in real time after checkout. See Billing Settings for step-by-step instructions.
Downgrading
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to your current plan until then. When the downgrade activates, resources beyond the new plan's limits are paused (not deleted). See Billing Settings for details on what happens to excess sources, skills, and scheduled reports.
Cancelling
Cancellation works like a downgrade to Free. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then you revert to Free plan limits. You can reactivate at any time before the end date. See Billing Settings for cancellation instructions.
