Actions

One-click actions let you act on query results without leaving Slack.

How It Works

  1. Run a skill: /alice churn-risk
  2. Results show with action buttons
  3. Click to execute
  4. Message updates with confirmation
3 accounts at high churn risk:

Available Actions

Tag in Stripe

Add a tag to a customer for segmentation.

Use cases:

  • Tag churn-risk for outreach
  • Mark for special handling
  • Segment for campaigns

Send Slack DM

Message a team member about an issue.

Use cases:

  • Escalate to manager

Create Linear Ticket

Create an issue for follow-up.

Use cases:

Trigger an email to the customer.
